The present invention relates to a guide for rhinoplasty to provide a guideline for straightly positioning a nasal bridge in performing rhinoplasty. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the guide for rhinoplasty can set a center-line of a nose before surgery, thereby easily constructing the center-line. Moreover, the center of implant can be measured during the surgery. After the surgery, a center-line for determining asymmetry of the nose can be constructed. The guide for rhinoplasty comprises: a body； a first hole； a second hole； and a vertical guide.본 발명은 코 성형수술 시 콧등을 곧게 위치시키기 위한 가이드라인을 제공하는 코 성형수술용 가이드에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 코 성형 수술용 가이드는 수술 전에는 코의 중심선을 설정하여 용이하게 작도할 수 있게 한다. 또한, 수술 중에는 보형물의 중심여부를 계측할 수 있게 하며, 수술 후에는 코의 비대칭 여부 판단을 위한 중심선을 작도할 수 있게 한다.
