SOLUTION: A pulsation suppressing device composed of a vessel body 15 provided with a taking-in port 18 and a flowing-out port 19 for powder P and a stirring blade 16B for filling and levitating the powder P in the vessel body 15 and letting it flow out through the flowing-out port 19 is provided at a subsequent stage of a fixed amount supply device 12 for the powder P.
