PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-fermented beer taste beverage which has clear and glossy appearance despite its high total content of polyphenol, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided are: a non-fermented beer taste beverage, in which a total content of polyphenol is 100 ppm or more, and turbidity is 2 EBC° or less； the non-fermented beer taste beverage according to the above item, in which a content of nitrogen-containing compounds having a molecular weight of 500 or more is 1000 ppm or less； and the non-fermented beer taste beverage according to any of the above items, in which a content of high molecular sugar is 8 g/L or more. Also provided is a method for producing the non-fermented beer taste beverage, in which roughly purified or purified polyphenol is used as a raw material so that a total content of polyphenol becomes 100 ppm or more.
