PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin external preparation in which a sterilizing component and a moisture retaining component are blended, and which maintains animal skin cleanly by high sterilizing power, prevents irritation of the sterilizing component by the moisture retaining power, and can keep the state of animal skin in a satisfactory condition.SOLUTION: Strong-acid acid spring water 12, alpinia zerumbet water 14 and sponge cucumber water 16 having moisture retaining component are blended in a skin external preparation, and the preparation has sterilizing power by the acid spring water 12 and the alpinia zerumbet water 14. The preparation includes moisture retaining power by the sponge cucumber water 16, and alleviates irritation caused by the acid spring water 12 and the alpinia zerumbet water 14. The acid spring water 12 has pH of 2 or less, and contains metasilicic acid at the ratio of 300 to 450 mg in 1 kg. The alpinia zerumbet water 14 contains essential oil of the alpinia zerumbet. The volume ratio between the acid spring water 12, the alpinia zerumbet water 14 and the sponge cucumber water 16 is 1:0.5:0.5 to 1:2:2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】殺菌成分と保湿成分が配合され、高い殺菌力により動物の皮膚を清潔に保ち、保湿力により殺菌成分の刺激を防ぎ、動物の皮膚の状態を良好に保つことができる皮膚外用剤を提供する。【解決手段】強酸性の酸性泉水１２と月桃水１４、及び保湿成分を有するヘチマ水１６が配合され、酸性泉水１２と月桃水１４により殺菌力を有する。ヘチマ水１６により、保湿力を備え、酸性泉１２と月桃水１４による刺激を和らげる。酸性泉水１２は、ｐＨが２以下であり、１ｋｇ中に３００～４５０ｍｇの割合でメタケイ酸を含む。月桃水１４は、月桃の精油を含む。酸性泉水１２と月桃水１４及びへちま水１６の容積比は、１：０．５：０．５～１：２：２である。【選択図】図１
