CONSTITUTION: A massage device with rotating massage balls comprises a rotary shaft(31), massage balls(221,221a), a driving gear(33), and a control device(35). The rotary shaft comprises a receiving case and a drive assembly which is received into the receiving case. In the driving assembly, a first gear and a driven gear are formed. A plurality of second gears rotates while being geared with the first gear. Massage balls rotate while being geared with a plurality of the second gears. The driving gear is connected to a motor and rotates the driven gear.
