The primary objective of the present invention is to provide an endoscope device, which has a thin outer covering suiting the image capturing unit mounted inside the outer covering to ensure the size of the endoscope device is minimized and does not apply thread as a assembling mean structure such that avoids the difficulty of assembling and manufacturing the endoscope device with thread structure when the endoscope device is expected to be mini sized. Consequently, the present invention would ease a patient’s pain of swallowing the endoscope device when taking an insides physical examination.本發明係揭露一種側視內視鏡架構，其特徵在於提供一種內視鏡，其於尺寸上完全貼合光學影像元件串，進而可不浪費空間，達到讓體積最小化之目的，且不利用螺合對接作為管件間之接固手段，因此不會因為利用螺合對接而產生體積微縮不易以及因為體積小而組裝對準不易之困擾，以達到有效縮減內視鏡之體積，進而減輕利用內視鏡穿入咽喉診視病患時，病患所感受到不舒適的程度，且對於如工業用途等其他用途之內視鏡而言，亦可達到利用於更微小空間中之優勢。
