PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an antibacterial substance of Ganoderma lucidum, an immunological enhancement component of Ganoderma lucidum, and a regeneration promotion substance of Ganoderma lucidum by extraction.SOLUTION: By stirring crushed Ganoderma lucidum with an alcohol, glycerin, a dilute acid, a dilute alkali, and the like, an active component is extracted therefrom. In this case, extraction efficiency can be heightened by conducting reduction treatment with gaseous hydrogen and nano-bubble treatment with air and gaseous oxygen. In addition, a technique for retaining functionality of a treatment solution for a long period of time is established by antioxidation treatment under a reducing condition. As for an effect on a plant disease pathogen of the treatment solution, it is ascertained that an extremely powerful effect is achieved when a period of time after onset is short. As for an effect on an animal disease pathogen of the treatment solution, each of the above-mentioned extraction liquids has a healing effect, and as the animal exhibits an action of licking oneself, it is ascertained that an extremely powerful effect is achieved if applied more often and meticulously.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】鹿角霊芝の有する抗菌性物質、免疫増強成分及び再生促進物質を抽出により生産する方法の提供。【解決手段】破砕鹿角霊芝をアルコール、グリセリン、稀酸、稀アルカリ等と撹拌することにより、活性成分を抽出する。この際、水素ガスによる還元処理、空気及び酸素ガスによるナノバブル処理を行うことにより抽出効率を高めることが出来る。又、還元条件による抗酸化処理で治療溶液の機能性の長期維持技術を確立した。植物の病害における病原に対する治療溶液の効果は、発病後の期間が短いと極めて効果が高いことが判明した。動物の病害における病原に対する治療溶液の効果は、先の抽出液何れも治癒効果があり、動物が自分で嘗める行動を有するので、回数を多く丹念に塗布すれば極めて効果が高いことが判明した。【選択図】なし
