PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marking guide capable of marking the shape of a bone prosthetic material to be supplemented on the surface of bone, and a bone prosthetic material set capable of supplementing the bone prosthetic material into a bone defective part formed in the bone, by using the marking guide without requiring time and effort and with low invasion.SOLUTION: A marking guide 3 is used for forming, in bone, a bone defective part into which a bone prosthetic material is supplemented, and has an internal surface 31 corresponding to the shape of the external surface of the bone.
