1. An implantable device, comprising: a stent with a conductor mainly with an elliptical section along the first section and mainly non-elliptical section along the second section. The device according to claim 1, wherein the generally elliptical section is circular. The device according to claim 1, wherein the substantially non-elliptic section is rectangular. The device according to claim 1, in which the conductor has a wave-like structure with apical regions connected to each other by mainly direct sections. The device according to claim 4, wherein the substantially non-elliptical section is located in at least one apical region. The device according to claim 1, wherein the substantially non-elliptical section is a flattened shape of the first section. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the substantially non-elliptical section is located in at least one substantially straight section.
