The inner tubes 20 are provided at a distal end part thereof with first bending operation parts 22, 25, 28 which, when the endoscope 2 and the treatment instruments 3 are advanced, bend and protrude the endoscope 2 and the treatment instruments 3 in a direction towards the outer circumference of the outer tube 30.
