A method, including receiving an input analog signalcontaining noise at a specific noise frequency anddigitizing the input analog signal to form a digitizedsignal. The method also includes recovering a firstamplitude and a first phase of the noise from thedigitized signal, and generating an analog correctionsignal at the specific noise frequency. The analogcorrection signal has a second amplitude equal to thefirst amplitude and a second phase opposite to the firstphase. The method further includes summing the inputanalog signal with the analog correction signal togenerate an output analog signal.
