A mobile fluorescence image-based dental caries early diagnosis system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an image photographing unit that photographs a tooth using a visible light wavelength LED and a short wavelength blocking filter； An image processing unit for generating a tooth region of interest by cutting a portion selected from the captured image of the tooth into the region of interest, and dividing the tooth region from the tooth region of interest to detect a caries lesion； And an early diagnosis unit for early diagnosis of dental caries by quantifying the degree of the caries lesion.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 모바일 형광 영상 기반 치아 우식증 조기 진단 시스템은 가시광선 파장의 엘이디(LED) 및 단파장 차단 필터를 이용하여 치아를 촬영하는 영상 촬영부； 상기 치아의 촬영 영상으로부터 관심 영역으로 선택된 부분을 커트(cut)하여 치아 관심 영역을 생성하고, 상기 치아 관심 영역으로부터 치아 영역을 분할하여 우식 병소를 검출하는 영상 처리부； 및 상기 우식 병소의 정도를 정량화하여 치아 우식증을 조기 진단하는 조기 진단부를 포함한다.
