The present invention relates to a catheter fixing device, comprising: a base which is a body formed in the shape of a disc, includes a first through hole sized to a predetermined width to allow a drain tube to pass through the center thereof, and includes, on an upper surface thereof, a latch ring unit having a plurality of stoppers formed on the inside thereof along an edge of the first through hole, wherein supporting bump units on which the drain tube is mounted are formed on the upper surface of the body disposed outside the latch ring unit; a tightening ring which is in the shape of a ring having a second through hole to allow the drain tube to pass through, and includes a ring groove in which the latch ring unit is accommodated and mounted, wherein a plurality of latchets corresponding to the stoppers are formed along an edge on the inside of the ring grooves, such that by engagement of the stoppers and the latchets, the tightening ring is rotated in one direction and performs a tightening action; and a wire which sequentially passes through a first hole formed on the supporting bump units, a second hole formed on the body, and a third hole formed on the tightening ring, and is knotted. In particular, the tightening action of the tightening ring rotating along the latch ring unit applies an initial restriction on the drain tube passing through the first and second through holes by winding of the wire, and applies a secondary restriction on the drain tube mounted on the supporting bump units, thereby securely fixing the drain tube. Accordingly, by securely fixing the drain tube to the patient′s skin, the catheter fixing device can prevent the drain tube from separating, escaping, and moving, and thus can minimize the development of inflammation in a wound, and in addition, since the presence of inflammation developed in a wound can be checked with a naked eye, complications following a surgery can be managed promptly.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 카테터 고정장치에 관한
