Disclosed is a compound comprising an oligonucleotide consisting of 12 to 30 linked nucleosides targeted to a Factor 7 nucleic acid, wherein the oligonucleotide has a sequence that is least 90% complementary to SEQ ID NO: 1. Also disclosed is the use of the said compound in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of a disease or condition associated with Factor 7 by administering to the animal a therapeutically effective amount of the compound so that expression of Factor 7 is inhibited.
