The method for controlling a medical device in a mobile terminal with a touchscreen is as follows: using location information of a plurality of indoor medical devices, which are installed inside, to determine at least one medical device located in a predetermined range from a mobile terminal, then displaying at least one identification information corresponding to each of the at least one determined medical device on a touchscreen responding a user input selecting first identification information among the at least one identification information and displaying a user interface for controlling a first medical device corresponding to the first identification information on the touchscreen. The purpose of the present invention is that a user uses a mobile terminal to control a plurality of medical devices (i.e. console workstation, capturing device and the like) in intuitive and convenient ways.터치 스크린을 가지는 모바일 단말기 및 터치 스크린을 가지는 모바일 단말기에서 의료 기기를 제어하는 방법이 제공된다. 본 터치 스크린을 가지는 모바일 단말기에서 의료 기기를 제어하는 방법은, 실내에 설치된 복수 개의 의료 기기들의 위치 정보를 이용하여 모바일 단말기로부터 일정 범위 이내에 위치한 적어도 하나의 의료 기기가 결정되면, 상기 결정된 적어도 하나의 의료 기기 각각에 대응하는 적어도 하나의 식별 정보를 터치 스크린 상에 디스플레이하고, 상기 적어도 하나의 식별 정보 중 제1 식별 정보를 선택하는 사용자 입력에 응답하여, 상기 제1 식별 정보에 대응하는 제1 의료 기기를 제어하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스를 상기 터치 스크린 상에 디스플레이할 수 있다.
