A method for cultivating a high calcium mycelium of a mushroom, which comprises the steps of : inoculating a culture medium containing mushroom hyphae in a solid plate PDA medium, and cultivating at a low temperature of 25 DEG C； taking a PDB medium and sterilizing for 20 minutes at 121 DEG C and 1.1 atm, and adding the same to a test tube after cooling； taking a plurality of bacteria from the above solid plate PDA medium and inoculating the same in the test tube； adding calcium carbonate or calcium nitrate into the test tube； and placing the test tube in an incubator at a low temperature of 25 DEG C for cultivation by shaking the flask at a rotation speed of 150 rpm.一種菇類之高鈣菌絲體培養方法，包括有：將一含有菇類菌絲的培養基接種於一固態平板PDA培養基，以25℃低溫培養；取一PDB培養基，在121℃、1.1大氣壓下滅菌20分鐘，冷卻後加入一試管中；於上述固態平板PDA培養基上取出複數個菌片，接種於上述試管中；於上述試管中加入碳酸鈣或硝酸鈣；將上述試管置於25℃之低溫培養箱，以150 rpm之轉速進行搖瓶培養。
