PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diffuse active species in more portions of a dust collection part.SOLUTION: An air cleaning unit comprises: a charging part (40) a dust collection part (60) for collecting electrically charged dusts an active species generation part (50) for generating active species by discharging and ducts (36a, 36b, 36c, 36d) for transporting the active species to an upstream of the dust collection part (60). An inner flow channel (39) of the ducts (36a, 36b, 36c, 36d) is communicated with an internal space of the active species generation part (50).
