An objective of this invention is to provide a conditioner composition which has excellent inhibition effect on discoloration and touching feeling in use.The present invention provides a conditioner composition as claim 1, which is characteristic by containing: (i) a cationic surfactant, (ii) a higher aliphatic alcohol, (iii) 0.01 to 1 weight % of a quaternary ammonium group-containing silyl-urethane type polymer, and the (i) cationic surfactant contains (a) an imidazoline-type quaternary ammonium salt which has a specific structure or a di-long-chain-alkyl type quaternary ammonium salt which has a specific structure, and (b) a mono-long-chain-alkyl type quaternary ammonium salt which has a specific structure.本發明之課題係提供一種潤髪乳組成物,其之抑制褪色效果及使用感觸優異。本發明之解決方式係如申請專利範圍第1項所述之潤髪乳組成物,其特徵為含有:(i)陽離子性界面活性劑、(ii)高級脂肪族醇、(iii)含有四級銨基的矽化胺酯系聚合物0.01至1質量%,且(i)陽離子性界面活性劑係含(a)具有特定結構的咪唑啉型四級銨鹽或特定結構的二長鏈烷基型四級銨鹽,與(b)有特定結構的單長鏈烷基型四級銨鹽。
