The present invention is related to an occlusion device for occluding an opening in a body tissue and a method of deploying the said occlusion device to the site of defect. The construction of the occlusion device comprising two discs, that are centrally connected by a central portion and retention screws, is such that it offers the major advantage of haemodynamic adjustment providing a better-fit to the size of the defect.La présente invention concerne un dispositif docclusion permettant docclure une ouverture dans un tissu corporel et un procédé de déploiement dudit dispositif docclusion sur le site du défaut.
