The present invention relates to a vinyl cutting apparatus for a vinyl covering device. The present invention comprises: a main frame (1) connected to a vinyl covering device (900) and a connection bracket (101a), and forms lift guiding units (102) on both sides； a cutting frame (2) which forms a lifting rod (201) inserted into the lift guiding units (102) of the main frame (1) and installs a cutter (202) formed in a wedge shape on the front side at a predetermined interval in order to be attachable and detachable； and a lifting means (3) installed between the main frame (1) and the cutting frame (2) and lifts the cutting frame (2) using power applied in an agricultural machine which pulls the vinyl covering device (900). As such, the present invention is able to quickly and evenly cut a vinyl which finishes a covering work on a ridge, and is also able to provide a convenience of use by excluding an interference and the concern of a safety accident when moving or storing the vinyl covering device.본 발명은 비닐 피복기용 비닐 절단장치에 관한 것으로서, 비닐 피복기(900)와 연결브라켓(101a)으로 연결되고, 양측에는 승강안내부(102)를 형성한 메인프레임(1)과； 상기 메인프레임(1)의 승강안내부(102)에 삽입되는 승강대(201)를 형성하고, 전면에는 쇄기형으로 된 절단기(202)를 일정 간격으로 탈부착 가능케 설치한 절단프레임(2)과； 상기 메인프레임(1)과 상기 절단프레임(2)간에 설치되어, 비닐 피복기(900)를 견인하는 농기계에서 인가되는 동력을 이용해 절단프레임(2)을 승강시키는 승강수단(3)으로 구성함으로써 두둑에 피복 작업이 완료된 비닐을 신속하고 고르게 절단할 수 있고, 비닐 피복기의 이동이나 보관시에 간섭과 안전사고의 우려를 배제하면서 사용의 편익을 제공할 수 있다.
