The present disclosure relates to antimicrobial agents and methods of using such agents. The disclosure includes antimicrobial agents having broad spectrum antimicrobial activity, nucleic acids and amino acid sequences encoding such antimicrobial agents, as well as methods of using the antimicrobial agents.
