According to the present invention, disclosed is a device for measuring a three-dimensional shape of teeth. The device comprises a photographing unit including one or more light emitting units spaced apart from each other in front of a mouth to irradiate light to teeth, a light receiving unit spaced apart from the one or more light emitting units and receiving the light reflected from the teeth, and a filter unit disposed in front of the light receiving unit and photographing the teeth an image measuring unit selectively filtering light in a visible light region and extracting shape information on the teeth by using the light filtered by the filter unit and received by the light receiving unit and a correction unit measuring surface reflectance of the light reflected from the teeth and correcting surface depth information of the teeth through the measurement.
