A VECTOR FOR EXPRESSING FC DOMAIN OF CANINE IGG ON THE CELL SURFACE, A HOST CELL TRANSFORMED WITH SAID VECTOR AND A METHOD FOR MANUFATURING VACCINE AGAINST CANINE DISEASES USING SAID HOST CELL
PURPOSE: A vector for surface expression of canine IgG Fc domain is provided to easily produce a vaccine with excellent immunity for the virus for various dog disease-related viruses. CONSTITUTION: A vector for surface expression of canine IgG Fc domain contains a gene encoding the domain of sequence number 1 and a gene encoding a trans-membrane domain of mouse IgG protein of sequence number 2. The vector is Canine Fc/pcDNA3 vector. A method for manufacturing a vaccine for dog disease-related virus comprises: a step of infecting the virus with a coat into a host cell which is transformed by the vector and proliferating the virus; and a step of manufacturing a live vaccine or inactivated vaccine using the virus.
