PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organism refusing complex which is excellent in the controlled release and the stability, is homogeneously dispersible in resins or solvents, and does not reduce the mechanical strengths and so forth of the material dispersed and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.
SOLUTION: This organism refusing complex contains both the layered double hydroxide and the organism refusing agent intercalated in this layered double hydroxide that are formed by anionizing an organism refusing agent and subsequently mixing a solution containing the anionized organism refusing agent and a solution containing the metal ion constituting layered double hydroxide.
