PURPOSE: An exercise chair is provided to allow cool use of the chair in summer and warm use thereof in winter.CONSTITUTION: An exercise chair is as follows. A bottom plate is placed on a framework and a pipe is installed. When water is filled through a water inlet after the installation of the pipe, a circulation motor or a circulation pump for the circulation of water is installed.
