PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming pest-controlling agent attachable over a long time to the surface to which the attachment of a conventional pest-controlling agent is difficult, such as the vertical or tilted surface of a wood construction material, the surface of an installation or the like made of a stainless steel plate, a side wall surface of a draining groove, an inside surface of piping, and an outer periphery of the piping, when applied by being foamed, enabling the agent to stay at the prescribed position, and allowing the foam to remain with time, for example, one or more hours, preferably four or more hours at normal temperature in normal humidity without going out.
