The present invention relates to the production of dosage forms that allow the effective administration of such active substances, which are usually taken two or more times a day, by a single daily dose. According to the invention, this is achieved by means of a dosage form comprising a core, a gastric juice-resistant intermediate layer, which is located on the surface of the core, and a shell, which is located on the opposite side of the core of the intermediate layer. Both the core and the shell contain part of the active substance. The active substance is released from the dosage form at least two-phase, and the first phase refers to the immediate release of the active substance into the gastric juice immediately after administration. The present invention also relates to a method for producing a dosage form and its use.Настоящее изобретение касается получения лекарственных форм, позволяющих эффективно вводить такие действующие вещества, которые обычно принимаются по два или несколько раз в сутки, путем однократного приема суточной дозы. Согласно изобретению это достигается посредством лекарственной формы, включающей ядро, устойчивый к желудочному соку промежуточный слой, который располагается на поверхности ядра, и оболочку, которая располагается на противоположной от ядра стороне промежуточного слоя. Как ядро, так и оболочка содержат часть действующего вещества. Действующее вещество высвобождается из лекарственной формы по меньшей мере двухфазно, причем первая фаза относится к немедленному высвобождению действующего вещества в желудочный сок сразу после приема.
