PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stethoscope having a structure which allows a remote doctor to recognize that a chest piece of the stethoscope is properly brought into contact with a body surface.SOLUTION: As a stethoscope, there are provided: a stethoscope part comprising a chest piece and a microphone provided in the chest piece or a hollow tube connected to the chest piece； and a sensor which is a sensor for detecting contact by contacting, and detects contact with the human body fixed to the chest piece so as to position a contact end on the same contact face of the chest piece with the human body or a side separated a little from the human body than the contact surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】聴診器のチェストピースが適切に体表面に接触していることが、遠隔の医師等にも認識できるような構造を有する聴診器を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】聴診器として、チェストピースと、チェストピース内又はチェストピースに接続される中空管に設けられるマイクロフォンとからなる聴診器部と、当接することで接触を検知するセンサーであって、接触を検知する状態において、前記チェストピースの人体への接触面と同じか、当該接触面よりも若干人体から離れる側に、当接端が位置するように前記チェストピースに固定される人体への接触を検知するセンサーとを設ける。【選択図】 図１
