PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatically atomizing system for a vehicle capable of working well with various uses where charged minute water particles are applied locally in the cabin.SOLUTION: The electrostatically atomizing system includes: an electrostatic atomizer 1 to release the charged minute water particles a blowout hole 21 to send winds from an on-vehicle air conditioner 2 into the cabin A1 and blow the charged minute water particles released from the atomizer 1 into the cabin A1 and a duct D installed at the blowout hole 21 on the inside of the cabin A1 for leading the winds containing the charged minute water particles fed by the air conditioner 2 from the blowout hole 21 into the cabin A1.
