PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide elastic films having a perforation with improved mechanical properties, and a method for producing elastic layer materials including the elastic films.SOLUTION: Perforation holes 2 are elongated along the main elongated direction CD in the unexpanded state of the elastic film 1. The ratio of the length of the perforation holes 2 determined along the main elongated direction CD to the width of the perforation holes 2 determined in vertical direction regarding to the main elongated direction amounts to at least 3:2. The elongation at break determined along the main elongated direction is at least twice as high as the elongation at break determined perpendicular thereto along the width of the perforation holes 2. Also, for the formation of the respective perforations 2, an associated laser beam is moved over the elastic film 1 along the main elongated direction CD of the elastic film 1 over a length of at least 200 μm in a relative movement, and thereby a plurality of perforations 2 are formed on the elastic layer material using a laser beam such that the perforations 2 obtain elongated forms along the main elongated direction CD.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】機械的特性の改善された、穿を有する弾性フィルム、及び該弾性フィルムを備えた弾性層状材料の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】穿孔２は、弾性フィルム１の未伸張状態で主伸長方向ＣＤに沿って細長くなっており、ここで主伸張方向ＣＤに沿って決定された穿孔２の長さと、それに対して垂直方向に決定された穿孔２の幅との比率が少なくとも３：２であり、及び主伸張方向に沿った破断伸びは、それに対して垂直に穿孔２の幅に沿って決定された破断伸びよりも少なくとも二倍大きい。また、弾性層状材料はそれぞれの穿孔２の形成のために、割り当てられたレーザービームが少なくとも２００μｍの長さにわたって、相対的運動で、弾性フィルム１の主伸張方向ＣＤに沿って弾性フィルム１上を動かされそしてそれによって穿孔２が主伸長方向ＣＤに沿って細長い形態を得るように、レーザービームを用いて複数の穿孔２が形成される。【選択図】図１
