An ophthalmic application patch which is a flat soft disc. The ophthalmic patch has an outer surface having a diameter of from 13 mm to 17 mm and an inner surface formed by a curvature (or arc) of 9 mm to 13 mm behind the outer surface. When the ophthalmic patch covers the cornea, it can make the eyes feel comfortable, and can keep the medicine and/or ointment for a long time, which is helpful for the recovery of eyes of patients such as laser surgery, eye diseases and eye injuries.一種眼用敷貼片，其為平光的軟式圓片體。該眼用敷貼片有一直徑從13mm到17mm的外表面，並在外表面背後依9mm到13mm的曲率(或稱弧度)形成一內表面。在眼用敷貼片覆蓋角膜時，既能讓眼睛感到舒適，又能讓藥水及/或軟膏停留一段較長的時間，有助於雷射手術、眼疾與眼傷等病患的眼睛復原。
