The electrode unit includes a first and a second electrode group. The first group extends from the main body to be disposed on a right hand side of a person with respect to a center line of the main body. The second group extends from the main body to be disposed on a left hand side of the person with respect to the center line when the device is attached to the abdomen. The first and the second electrode group can be electronically connected via the person and include four or more electrodes in total.
