PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living body implant exhibiting rapid and firm binding capacity with a living body tissue after being implanted into the living body, and in which peeling between a substantial part and porous layers is hard to be generated.SOLUTION: A living body implant comprises: a substantial part a microporous layer provided on the surface of the substantial part and having micropores and a macroporous layer provided on the surface of the microporous layer, and having finger-shaped macropores opening to an exposure face exposed to the outside and also extending from the exposure face in a depth direction. The substantial part, the microporous layer and the macroporous layer are integrally formed.
