PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant holder that has a simple configuration, allows the roots of a plant to pass to the bottom of a holding hole without damage, prevents the plant leaves from hanging down and being damaged, and enables improved workability during automation.SOLUTION: A plant holder 110, which is fitted in a holding hole 121 in a cultivation panel 120 and has a support hole 114 that supports the plant 101, comprises: a fitting part 111, the outer periphery of which fits in the holding hole 121 of the cultivation panel 120； a flange 112 provided at the uppermost part； and an engagement part 113 provided between the flange 112 and the fitting part 111.
