The ultraviolet irradiation module includes: a heat dissipation frame having an inner surface； a circuit board arranged on the inner surface； and an ultraviolet light-emitting element arranged on the circuit board. The body unit includes a first ventilation hole, the cap unit includes a second ventilation hole, and the vapor generator and the ultraviolet irradiation module are arranged between the first ventilation hole and the second ventilation hole.
