PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter preventing mud or water from adhering to a battery or an engine, having excellent heat radiation property, and facilitating the maintenance of the battery or engine.SOLUTION: An engine cover 10 for covering an engine 8 mounted thereunder while supporting a driver seat 7 on the upper side is formed on the rear side of a center floor 2 in such a manner as to be protruded on a floor 4 at a proper height, and a planting device 12 is connected to the rear side of a vehicle body 1 through a rising and lowering link 11.
