High penetration comp1ositions (HPCs) or prodrugs (HPPs) of antimicrobials and antimicrobial-related compounds are provided. The HPCs/HPPs are capable of being converted to parent drugs or drug metabolites after crossing the biological barrier and thus can render treatments. Additionally, the HPCs/HPPs are capable of reaching areas that their parent drugs may not be able to access and rendering a sufficient concentration at the target areas and therefore render novel treatments.Se proveen composiciones (HPC) o pro-fármacos (HPP) dé alta penetración de compuestos antimicrobianos o relacionados a los antimicrobianos. Los HPC/HPP son capaces de ser convertidos a fármacos progenitores o metabolitos de fármacos después de la barrera biológica y pueden ser tratamientos. Adicionalmente los HPC/HPP son capaces de alcanzar áreas que sus fármacos progenitores no son capaces de acceder y proporcionar una concentración suficiente en áreas objetivo y por lo tanto presentar nuevos tratamientos.
