The present invention relates to methods and pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, especially rheumatoid arthritis. More particularly, the present invention relates to an a-enolase polypeptide for use in the prophylactic treatment of an autoimmune disease in a subject in need thereof.La présente invention concerne des procédés et des compositions pharmaceutiques pour le traitement de maladies auto-immunes, en particulier la polyarthrite rhumatoïde. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne un polypeptide d'a-énolase pour une utilisation dans le traitement prophylactique d'une maladie auto-immune chez un sujet nécessitant celui-ci.
