PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short peptide of ≤30 residues binding to a bZIP region of human bZIP JUN deeply relating to canceration, JUNB and JUND homologous to JUN.SOLUTION: Assuming that association occurs when a leucine zipper structure is formed with a region of 28 residue length on the N terminus side in the bZIP region of 35 residue length of JUN, a peptide sequence anti-JUN28 adjusted to maximize hydrophobic bonding, hydrogen bonding, and salt bridging with the region of JUN and to stabilize the α helix structure by itself is designed.【課題】がん化と深くかかわるヒト bZIP JUN、およびJUNと相同のJUNB, JUNDのbZIP領域と結合する30残基以下の短いペプチドの提供。【解決手段】JUNの35残基長のbZIP領域中、N末端側の28残基長部分とロイシンジッパー構造を形成して会合することを想定し、JUNの当該領域と疎水結合、水素結合、塩橋が最大で、かつ自身がαヘリックス構造を安定化させるように調整したペプチド配列anti-JUN28を設計した。【選択図】図1
