PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible object perforating apparatus capable of easily forming a hole on a flexible object regardless of the feature of the flexible object.SOLUTION: The flexible object perforating apparatus 1 includes: a perforation drum 9 having a plurality of projections 7 arrayed with a gap from each other in the axial direction and circumferential direction of a base material 5 a turning means 11 for rotating the perforation drum 9 a support member 13 arranged at the lower part of the perforation drum 9 a conveyance belt 15 passing through between the perforation drum 9 and the support member 13 and a conveyance means 17 for making the conveyance belt 15 travel.
