The present invention relates to fexofenadine granules, to a composition containing them and to a process for the hot-melt coating of fexofenadine. The process for the hot-melt coating of fexofenadine allows efficient masking of its bitter taste without, however, unacceptably slowing down its dissolution.本發明係關於菲索特芬那定(fexofenadine)顆粒、含其之組合物及菲索特芬那定之熱熔包覆方法。菲索特芬那定之熱熔包覆方法可以有效掩蔽其苦味，但不會造成無法接受之減緩溶解性。
