This invention is the sunscreen composition. It is the extract solution, which use polyol solvent to extract the Camellia seed dregs. The polyol can easily extract flavonoid glycosides, triterpene glycosides and other phenols from Camellia seed dregs. The extract solution in 200 nm~400 nm wavelength has strong absorption. Make good protection for skin and hair from UVA and UVB. It can be used as both the maintenance and the sunscreen products.本發明之防曬組成物,為一種包含利用多元醇為溶劑來萃取油茶籽粕之萃取液,多元醇可容易地將苦茶油籽粕中之黃酮類配醣體、三萜類的配醣體,和其他酚類物質等精華成分萃出,經多元醇萃取之苦茶油粕萃取液在200nm~400nm波長有很強的吸收,能使肌膚及毛髮對UVA及UVB均有很好的防護能力,故可做為兼具保養及防曬能力之產品。
