PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation practice support device and an operation practice support method enabling a learner to practice without necessarily depending on an expert while enhancing an effect of operation practice of the learner.SOLUTION: The operation practice support device includes a first movable means movable in accordance with the learners operation when the learner practices, and a reference operation transmitting means for transmitting, to the first movable means, reference operation for reference when the learner practices. The reference operation transmitting means includes: a reference operation elastic force-generating means for generating elastic force corresponding to deviation with a predetermined elastic modulus at the occurrence of the deviation between the reference operation and the learners operation and a reference operation-biasing means for biasing the reference operation elastic force to the first movable means.
