PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a bone replacement property and a tissue invasion property by controlling the pore size of a porous body having pores oriented in one direction, and to provide an artificial bone material having a superior bone replacement property and a tissue invasion property, and the apatite/collagen composite porous body for use in scaffolding of cells.
SOLUTION: This method for producing the porous body which has a pore structure oriented in one direction by cooling slurry, which is formed by dispersing raw powder consisting of apatite/collagen composites into water, from one direction to freeze it and drying it, is characterized in controlling the pore structure by changing a temperature when cooling it.
