PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food washing equipment capable of reliably and efficiently washing a solid matter that easily sinks in the water, and of being installed in a small space.SOLUTION: The equipment includes: upper-stage, middle-stage and lower-stage washing tanks 2, 3, 4 a discharge passage 6 accompanying a water flow generation source a conveyor for discharge 7 and a washing water injector 9 for generating a stream within the washing tanks.
