A puncture apparatus 1 includes a puncture device 10 for puncturing a living body tissue, a urethral-insertion member 4 of a longitudinal shape for being inserted into a urethra, a vaginal insertion member 5 of a longitudinal shape for being inserted into a vagina, and a supporting member 2 which supports the urethral-insertion member 4, vaginal insertion member 5 and a puncture member 3 of the puncture device 10. The puncture device 10 includes a puncture member 3 having a puncture needle 31 for puncturing a living body tissue, a shaft portion 33 and a connection portion 32 for connecting the puncture needle 31 and the shaft portion 33 to each other, and an indwelling article assembly 8 positioned at a distal end of the puncture needle 31 and having a needle tip portion 82 for puncturing a living body tissue and a living body tissue supporting indwelling article 81. The puncture needle 31 has a form of a pipe and has a tubular portion 312. The living body tissue supporting indwelling article 81 is accommodated in the hollow portion 312.
