A valve stent (300), a valve prosthesis (100) and a delivery device (400) are disclosed. The valve stent (300) includes: a stent body (310) in the form of a tubular mesh; and a plurality of attachment lugs (320), each disposed on the stent body (310) and bent and folded toward the interior of the stent body (310). The valve prosthesis (100) includes an artificial valve (200) and a valve stent (300). The artificial valve (200) is attached to the valve stent (300). The delivery device (400) is used to deliver the valve prosthesis (100). The delivery device (400) includes a sheath (410), an inner tube (420), an attachment member (430) and a guide tube (440). The sheath (410) is adapted to receive the valve prosthesis (100). The attachment member (430) is configured to restrict the positions of the attachment lugs (320) in the valve prosthesis (100) relative to the inner tube (420). The guide tube (440) is configured to clamp the attachment lugs (320) of the valve prosthesis (100) against the attachment member (430). The valve stent (300), valve prosthesis (100) and delivery device (400) are able to provide improved efficiency in loading the valve prosthesis (100).
