PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agrochemical preparation which inhibits excess elution of a drug at the initial stage of spraying in the agrochemical granules containing an agrochemical active ingredient having high solubility in water and can maintain the elution of the drug for a long period, granules having sufficient granular hardness without crushing of the granules, and a process for producing agrochemical granules without undergoing a step of adding a heating treatment at high temperatures or for a long time.SOLUTION: The agrochemical granules are obtained by granulating a mixture including an agrochemical active ingredient, a fatty acid and/or a fatty acid derivative, and an inorganic substance and thereafter subjecting the resulting granules to heating treatment at a temperature of lower than the melting point of the fatty acid and/or the fatty acid derivative. The agrochemical granules can control the drug elution of the agrochemical active ingredient having high solubility in water over a long period.
