PURPOSE: A device for fixing an outer case capable of containing a cinerary urn is provided to form a first fastening member in a bottom surface of an outer case and a second fastening member in an outer case fixing unit correspondently to the first fastening member, thereby preventing the separation or rotation of the outer case from/around the outer case fixing unit. CONSTITUTION: A device for fixing an outer case capable of containing a cinerary urn comprises an outer case(100) and outer case fixing unit(300). A predetermined space in which a cinerary urn is inserted is formed in the outer case. The outer case fixing unit is fastened to a bottom surface of the outer case and firmly support the outer case so that the outer case is not moved. A first fastening member is arranged in the bottom surface of the outer case. The first fastening member is projected to a direction fastened to the outer case fixing unit. The outer case fixing unit comprises a cinerary urn supporter, a guide, and a supporter peripheral unit. A second fastening member is placed in a center of the cinerary urn supporter. The second fastening member is fastened to the first fastening member.
