Disclosed is a coated powder that comprises a powder substrate having a coating thereon that includes a 2-(perfluoroalkyl)ethyl alcohol phosphate of the formula wherein m is about 4 to 6 and x is 1 to 3. Also disclosed herein is a composition, such as a cosmetic composition, that includes the coated powder and a process for rendering a powder hydrophobic and lipophobic by treating the powder with a composition including the 2-(perfluoroalkyl)ethyl alcohol phosphate of the above formula.La présente invention concerne une poudre enrobée qui comprend un substrat de poudre avec un enrobage dessus incluant un 2-(perfluoroalkyle) alcool éthylique phosphate de la formule suivante, avec m étant compris entre environ 4 et 6 et x étant compris entre 1 et 3.
